Requests are handled in chronological order.
If multiple requests are received simultaneously, you will be assisted by a Gazmagazin operator in the order received.

Requirements Before Requesting Technical Support
Before contacting us, please ensure that:
You have AnyDesk or TeamViewer installed on your computer.
Your PC or laptop is fully updated and running a licensed version of Windows (unlicensed or outdated systems often cause software issues).
You have an archive utility installed (WinRAR or WinZip).
You are able to connect the interface to both the PC/laptop and the vehicle (for example, internet access in the garage area).
What Does Technical Support Provide?
Technical support will assist you with:
Installing the required drivers
Installing the necessary LPG diagnostic software
Establishing communication between your PC/laptop and the LPG system
What Technical Support Does NOT Provide
Technical support does NOT:
Offer advice on LPG system tuning or parameter adjustments
Provide programming guidance
Perform LPG system diagnostics
Replace professional training or serve as a course on LPG system calibration
Technical support is strictly limited to helping you establish a functional connection between the interface and your LPG system.

1. General Information
By purchasing and using an LPG diagnostic interface from Gazmagazin.ro, the customer acknowledges that these products are intended for technical use by qualified personnel or individuals with adequate knowledge of LPG systems.
Customers are strongly advised to read the instruction manual provided with the interface before requesting technical support.
2. Scope of Technical Support
Technical support provided by Gazmagazin.ro is strictly limited to:
Assistance with driver installation
Assistance with LPG diagnostic software installation
Basic guidance for establishing communication between the interface and the LPG ECU
Technical support does NOT include:
LPG system tuning or parameter adjustment advice
Programming instructions
Calibration guidance
Diagnostic interpretation
Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting of the vehicle
Professional training or educational services
Technical support is limited exclusively to facilitating the connection between the purchased interface and the customer’s computer.
3. Paid Technical Assistance
If remote or phone assistance is requested, intervention may be subject to additional charges.
The customer will be informed prior to any billable technical session.
Support requests are handled during business hours:

Requests are processed in chronological order of receipt.
Support may be provided via remote connection software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before requesting technical support, the customer must ensure:
The use of a licensed and updated operating system
The installation of required remote access software (AnyDesk or TeamViewer)
Proper internet connectivity
Proper physical connection between the interface, computer and vehicle
Selection of the correct interface model and adapter for their LPG system
Failure to meet these requirements may prevent successful troubleshooting.
5. No Guarantee of Issue Resolution
Gazmagazin.ro does not guarantee the successful resolution of connection or diagnostic issues.
Malfunctions may result from, but are not limited to:
Faulty LPG ECU
Damaged wiring or connectors
Incorrect LPG installation configuration
Incompatible ECU version
Hardware defects in the customer’s computer
USB port malfunction
Operating system conflicts
Incorrect adapter selection
Licensing or activation requirements imposed by the LPG system manufacturer
Gazmagazin.ro shall not be held responsible for incompatibilities, configuration errors, third-party software restrictions, or defects in the customer’s equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gazmagazin.ro shall not be liable for:
Incorrect vehicle tuning
Engine damage
Mechanical or electrical failures
Loss of data
Misuse of diagnostic software
Improper installation or configuration
The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the LPG diagnostic interface and related software.
7. Professional Use Recommendation
LPG diagnostic interfaces should be used only by qualified technicians or trained personnel familiar with LPG systems and vehicle electronics.
If the customer lacks sufficient technical knowledge, professional installation and calibration by an authorized LPG service is strongly recommended.
