Loyalty Points (Customer Reward Program)

We reward our loyal customers!

Every time you place an online order on AutoGasHub.com you receive loyalty points. These points can later be used as discounts for future purchases of LPG parts and autogas components.

Points value

1 point = 0.10 EUR equivalent discount value*
10 points = 1 EUR discount
100 points = 10 EUR discount

*The value of points may vary slightly depending on currency conversion.

Rules and conditions

  • Loyalty points are granted only to customers who have a registered account and place online orders through the website.
  • Phone orders do not receive loyalty points.
  • Points are credited to the customer account after the order is completed (order delivered and not cancelled).
  • If an order using loyalty points is cancelled, the used points may be returned to the customer account.
  • If an order is cancelled, the points that would have been earned for that order are cancelled.
  • If a product is returned, the points earned from that product will be removed.
  • Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are offered as a promotional reward and do not represent a contractual obligation.
  • If an order is refused by the customer at delivery, any used loyalty points may not be recredited.

How the loyalty points system works

Each product on the website may offer a specific number of reward points. The number of points is displayed on the product page.

After completing an order, the reward points are automatically credited to your customer account.

You can check your current points balance in your customer account dashboard.

During checkout, you can apply the accumulated points to receive an instant discount on your order.
