The AutoGasHub FAQ page provides answers to the most common questions regarding LPG auto parts, orders, shipping, payments, warranty, returns and compatibility of LPG components such as LPG filters, LPG injectors, vaporizers, MAP sensors and other parts used in LPG systems.

1. Do you have a physical store?

Yes. You can visit our physical store located in:

Monday – Friday
09:00 – 18:00

At our location you can pick up orders, receive technical assistance and view some of the LPG components and accessories available in our store.

2. Do the products have warranty?

Yes. Products sold by AutoGasHub benefit from a 24-month warranty, provided that the parts are installed in an authorized LPG installation service.

To claim warranty, the following documents are required:

  • purchase invoice

  • proof of installation in an authorized service (invoice or service report)

Products must be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories.

Shipping costs for products under warranty are covered by AutoGasHub.

Consumable products are not covered by warranty, including:

  • LPG filters

  • rubber components

  • membranes

  • injector pistons

  • other similar consumables

3. Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Orders can also be placed by phone at:

However, online orders are processed with priority, and customers who create an account receive loyalty bonus points that can be used for future discounts.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day after payment confirmation.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the courier service. In most European countries, parcels are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, package weight and courier service selected.

The exact shipping price is calculated automatically during checkout after entering the delivery address.

6. What payment methods are available?

Orders can be paid using the following methods:

  • online card payment

  • bank transfer in advance

Online payments are processed through:

Netopia Payments

Customers benefit from 0% commission for online payments, as the processing fee is fully covered by us.

All online transactions are secure and encrypted.

For bank transfers please include the order number in the payment details.

7. Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value.

You can purchase any product available on the website regardless of its price.

8. Can products be returned?

Yes. Products can be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

Return conditions:

  • the product must not be used

  • the product must not be damaged

  • the original packaging must be intact

  • the product must include all accessories

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Products must be returned to:

We do not collect parcels from courier offices or postal locations.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

The refunded amount includes only the value of the products, excluding shipping costs or bank fees.

10. What happens if a product is defective?

Products with manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty.

The product will be inspected and handled according to the warranty conditions.

Packaging instructions for returned products

  • include all original accessories

  • do not attach adhesive tape directly on the product box

  • do not write on the original packaging

  • wrap the product box in protective paper or plastic

11. Do product prices include taxes?

Yes. All prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on order value, weight, destination and shipping method.

12. How can I identify my LPG system model?

The LPG system model can usually be found on:

  • the LPG ECU (controller) label

  • the vaporizer / reducer

  • the injector rail

If you are unsure about the model, you can send us photos of the LPG system or components, and we will help identify the correct parts.

13. What LPG parts can I find on AutoGasHub?

15. When should LPG filters be replaced?

In general, LPG filters should be replaced every 10,000 – 15,000 km, depending on:

  • LPG system type

  • fuel quality

  • manufacturer recommendations

Regular filter replacement helps protect injectors and the vaporizer.

16. Are the products approved for use in the European Union?

Yes. The products sold by AutoGasHub comply with European regulations and have certifications such as:

  • ECE R67 for LPG

  • ECE R110 for CNG

These approvals confirm that the components are safe for use in LPG systems.

17. Can I get help choosing the correct LPG parts?
