1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – B2C)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalties.
If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation can be requested without completing the return form.
2. General Return Conditions
Products may be returned provided that:
they have not been installed
they show no signs of use
they are not damaged
all original accessories are included
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products that have been installed, connected, calibrated or show signs of use are not eligible for withdrawal.
3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
goods made according to the consumer’s specifications
clearly personalized goods
products specially ordered at the explicit request of the customer
products sourced outside regular stock specifically for a customer
installed or used LPG components
unsealed consumables (sprays, liquids, filters, membranes, seals, etc.)
Special-order products will be clearly marked on the product page.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
The seller will reimburse the product value within 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) return parcels will not be accepted.
5. Diminished Value
If the returned product shows signs of excessive handling, installation, damage, or missing components, the seller may deduct an amount proportionate to the loss in value, based on objective inspection.
6. Defective Products
Products that are defective or show manufacturing faults are subject to the separate Warranty Policy.
Such cases will be handled under warranty conditions, not under the right of withdrawal.
7. Return Procedure
Complete the online return form or contact customer support.
Wait for return confirmation.

Returned parcels must be delivered directly to our registered address.
We do not collect parcels from courier depots or postal offices.
A paid collection service can be arranged upon request.
8. Packaging Instructions
Include all original accessories.
Do not apply adhesive tape directly on the product’s original box.
Do not write on the product packaging.
Place the original box inside protective outer packaging.
