2. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order on the website represents an offer to purchase.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

7. Product Installation and Testing
Products sold on AutoGasHub should only be installed after the customer has verified compatibility with their vehicle or LPG system.
Installation or use of a product constitutes acceptance that the product corresponds to the customer's needs.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of installation may not be eligible for return except in cases covered by warranty.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage to the package or product must be reported immediately to the courier and to AutoGasHub.
Failure to report transport damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to submit a transport-related claim.
9. Product Condition for Returns
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Products showing signs of:
installation
mechanical damage
modification
improper handling
may be refused for return or may be subject to partial refund depending on their condition.
10. Labor and Installation Costs
AutoGasHub shall not be liable for any labor, installation, diagnostic or service costs related to the installation, removal or replacement of products purchased from the website.
Any such costs incurred by the customer or third-party service providers remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a product defect covered by warranty, the seller’s liability is limited exclusively to the replacement or refund of the defective product.
Under no circumstances shall AutoGasHub be responsible for indirect damages, vehicle downtime, loss of use or additional costs associated with installation or removal of the product.
11. Prices and Pricing Errors
Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.
In case of obvious pricing errors (for example extremely low prices caused by technical errors), the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer accordingly.
12. Payment Terms
All orders placed on AutoGasHub require advance payment.
Accepted payment methods:
bank transfer
online card payment via secure payment processor
For bank transfers, the customer must include the proforma invoice number / order id no as payment reference.
Payment must be completed within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
If payment is not received within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled.
13. Shipping
Shipping is performed through international courier services to the countries listed on the Shipping Information page.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination country, courier service and customs procedures.
All shipments are fully trackable via the courier tracking system.
